No. You choose which repositories to link, so unrelated repositories do not enter your public activity total.

No. IndieLeader uses counts and repository statistics; private commit messages, hashes and code are not displayed.
Is a commit tracker a productivity score?
No. Commit activity is only one signal and misses many valuable parts of software development. IndieLeader uses it for personal motivation and friendly competition.
